At Create Grow Flow LLC, opportunities for relaxation, balance, and healing are available through the use of Reiki, Sound Healing techniques, and more.
Reiki is an ancient technique used for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing through the exchange of energy. As a Reiki Master trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho approach, I integrate healing Reiki energy to align and balance your chakras, heal your aura, and target healing for your physical, emotional, and energy body. As a Reiki Master, this healing modality can be used in person or for distance healing.
Sound Healing uses vibrations from sound to help shift your brain waves, as well as help your body enter a state of homeostasis by stimulating the vagus nerve. The use of various sound healing tools like gongs, drums, chimes, singing bowls, and more to bathe you in sound vibrations can facilitate homeostasis, support your parasympathetic nervous system and limbic system, and more.

ALL ABOUT ME
Welcome! My name is Lisa Baker and I'm the Reiki Master and Sound Healer behind Create Grow Flow LLC. After many years of understanding my intuitive nature and trusting my gut, I was called to Reiki and Sound Healing. I completed my Reiki Master certification in October of 2023 and Sound Practitioner Training in February of 2024. Opening myself up to these energies has led to decreased anxiety and stress, personal development, self-acceptance, and inner peace.
As a mother, wife of a USMC Veteran, and former special education teacher, I see the value in sharing these healing energies with both children and adults, while recognizing the need for understanding a client's specific needs, preferences, and experiences.

REIKI
This is an energetic session that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed, benefitting emotional, physical, and energetic health. This session can be completed in person or through Distance Healing.
SOUND BATH
Sound is all around us and can have a significant impact on each of us on an energetic level. Through the use of sound healing tools like gongs, drums, chimes, singing bowls, and more, we can use the vibrations from sound to help shift your brain waves and energy in the body to promote relaxation, balance, and healing. Sound healing is available in private sessions and group sound baths.

Let's customize your session just for you
A free 20-minute phone consultation will be provided for all first-time clients to discuss services, goals, intake procedures, and session planning. This call will overall tell us if we are the right fit to work together, and plan together. Phone consultations must be completed prior to initial sessions.

In Person: 60-minutes $100
Distance: 60-minutes $85
Music and Reiki energy healing based on the Usui Shiki Ryoho methodology are combined in these sessions for healing and relaxation. Through a hands-off (hands above or distance healing) session, we will target healing at the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels. Chakra and aura balancing and healing is incorporated into these sessions. These sessions are 1:1, and can be completed in a variety of settings. 45-minute healing + 15-minute debrief.
PRIVATE SOUND BATH

A private Sound Bath is a Sound Healing session for you individually or you and a group of friends using a variety of tools such as chimes, singing bowls, and more where we will shift energy and promote a state of relaxation throughout the body. These sessions will incorporate techniques for whole-group and individual healing and will be tailored to your event. Private Sound Baths are available at your location or an alternate booked location.
DUO SOUND HEALING
50 Minutes
$220
A duo Sound Healing session is a private sound bath using a variety of tools such as chimes, singing bowls, and more in a session where we will shift energy and promote a state of relaxation throughout the body for you and a loved one, whether it be a partner, family member, or friend. This is offered at your location or a private booked space.
