At Create Grow Flow LLC, opportunities for relaxation, balance, and healing are available through the use of Reiki, Sound Healing techniques, and more.
Reiki is an ancient technique used for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing through the exchange of energy. As a Reiki Master trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho approach, I integrate healing Reiki energy to align and balance your chakras, heal your aura, and target healing for your physical, emotional, and energy body. As a Reiki Master, this healing modality can be used in person or for distance healing.
Sound Healing uses vibrations from sound to help shift your brain waves, as well as help your body enter a state of homeostasis by stimulating the vagus nerve. The use of various sound healing tools like gongs, drums, chimes, singing bowls, and more to bathe you in sound vibrations can facilitate homeostasis, support your parasympathetic nervous system and limbic system, and more.

I'm Lisa Baker, a Usui Reiki Master and Sound Bath Practitioner. As a former special education teacher turned holistic healing practitioner, I bring a unique blend of compassion, adaptability, and intuitive understanding to my work with Reiki and sound healing. My journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time of profound personal transformation that led me to explore deeper paths of healing and self-discovery.
Motherhood became a powerful catalyst for my spiritual awakening. Struggling with postpartum anxiety and the intense emotions of early parenthood, I discovered Reiki and sound healing as transformative tools for emotional regulation and energy rebalancing. What started as a personal healing journey has blossomed into a passionate mission to support others through Create Grow Flow, my holistic wellness practice.
My background as a special education teacher and spouse of a military veteran has cultivated an extraordinary sensitivity to individual needs. I approach each session with a deep understanding of personal sensitivities, creating safe, adaptive healing experiences tailored to each client's unique journey.
My healing philosophy centers on intentional energy work. I believe that Reiki and sound healing are powerful modalities for activating transformational shifts, bringing balance to the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. By creating space for consciousness to expand, we open pathways to personal growth and deeper self-connection. By dedicating time for intentional inner work, we can deepen our connection with our higher self and share our light with the world.
Drawing from my own transformative experiences, I am particularly passionate about supporting mothers and children. I incorporate a holistic approach that may include Reiki, sound healing, and intuitive oracle card readings. Whether through mindful creative activities or targeted energy work, my goal is to help clients find their flow, create meaningful growth, and cultivate balance.
SERVICES
REIKI
This Japanese energy healing technique is used to bring balance to your physical and energy body, and can support healing at the physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual level. This is an energetic session that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed.This session can be completed in person or through Distance Healing.
SOUND BATH
Sound is all around us and can have a significant impact on each of us on an energetic level. Through the use of sound healing tools like singing bowls, drums, chimes, and more, we can use the vibrations from sound to help shift your brain waves and energy in the body to promote relaxation, balance, and healing. Sound healing is available in private sessions and group sound baths.

A free 20-minute phone consultation will be provided for all first-time clients to discuss services, goals, intake procedures, and session planning. OFFERINGS
REIKI
In Person: 60-minutes
Distance: 30-minutes, 60-minutes
Music and Reiki energy healing based on the Usui Shiki Ryoho methodology are combined in these sessions for healing and relaxation. Through a hands-off (hands above or distance healing) session, we will target healing at the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels. Chakra and aura balancing and healing is incorporated into these sessions. These sessions are 1:1, and can be completed in a variety of settings. In person: 45-minute healing + setup & debrief.
Distance sessions include setup, healing, & debrief.
PRIVATE SOUND HEALING
In Person: 60 Minutes
Individual Sound Healing sessions using a variety of tools such as chimes, sound bowls, tuning forks and more in a 1:1 session where we will shift energy and promote a state of relaxation throughout the body. This session includes a brief grounding meditation and 50-minutes of sound healing.
PRIVATE IN HOME or BACKYARD SOUND BATH
(1 hour)
Starts at $150+
A private Sound Bath is a Sound Healing session for you individually or you and a group of friends using a variety of tools such as chimes, singing bowls, and more where we will shift energy and promote a state of relaxation throughout the body. These sessions will incorporate techniques for whole-group and individual healing and will be tailored to your event. Private Sound Baths are available at your location or an alternate booked location.
