At Create Grow Flow LLC, opportunities for relaxation, balance, and healing are available through the use of Reiki, Sound Healing techniques, and more.

Reiki is an ancient technique used for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing through the exchange of energy. As a Reiki Master trained in the Usui/Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki, I integrate healing Reiki energy to align and balance your chakras, heal your aura, and target healing for your physical, emotional, and energy body. As a Reiki Master Practitioner, this healing modality can be used in person or for distance healing.

Sound Healing uses vibrations from sound to help shift your brain waves, as well as help your body enter a state of homeostasis by stimulating the vagus nerve. The use of various sound healing tools like singing bowls, drums, chimes, tuning forks, and more to bathe you in sound vibrations can facilitate homeostasis, support your parasympathetic nervous system and limbic system, and more.

Local sessions are available in Fairfield County, CT and distance sessions are available via Zoom.

Hi, I’m Lisa Baker — a Usui/Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki Master Practitioner, Sound Bath Practitioner, Reiki teacher, and retreat facilitator. Through my practice, Create Grow Flow, I offer experiences designed to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate greater balance in their everyday lives.

My journey into energy healing began during the COVID-19 pandemic — a period of deep personal transformation. Motherhood, along with navigating postpartum anxiety and the intensity of early parenting, led me to discover Reiki and sound healing as powerful tools for emotional regulation, grounding, and self-connection. What started as personal healing soon evolved into a calling to support others seeking more calm, clarity, and ease.

Today, I offer 1:1 Reiki and sound healing sessions, private and group sound baths, Reiki certification courses, retreat experiences, and community wellness events. My work is especially supportive for busy parents, caregivers, working professionals, and anyone craving intentional space to rest, reset, and reconnect.

Before this chapter of my life, I was a special education teacher — an experience that deeply shaped how I hold space. It taught me the importance of meeting people where they are, creating inclusive environments, and adapting experiences so everyone feels supported and welcome.

My approach blends grounded energy work with compassion, intuition, and practicality. I believe healing doesn’t have to feel complicated or out of reach — sometimes it begins simply by giving yourself permission to pause, breathe, and receive support.

Whether you join me for a session, a class, or a retreat, my intention is always the same: to help you reconnect with your own inner steadiness, create space for growth, and move forward with greater flow.

This Japanese energy healing technique is used to bring balance to your physical and energy body, and can support healing at the physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual level. This is an energetic session that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed.

Create Grow Flow offers Reiki sessions in person or through Distance Healing. Reiki Certification courses are also offered throughout the year.

SOUND BATHS

Sound is all around us and can have a significant impact on each of us on an energetic level. Through the use of sound healing instruments like singing bowls, drums, chimes, and more, we can use the vibrations from sound to help shift your brain waves and energy in the body to promote relaxation, balance, and healing.

Sound baths are available in private sessions and group sound baths.

Using a blend of energetic cleansing techniques and tools, the energy of your home will be reset with the intention of releasing old and stagnant energy, purification, bringing positive energy and harmony, and as a space for positive communication and love.

My mother-in-law has been talking about how amazing grounding sheets are for years and I finally tried them out. TBH… This time of year is FULL.

Full of joy, full of love, full of family time… and also full of to-do lists, decision fatigue, and the pressure to make everything ‘perfect.’

I’m feeling it too. My brain is on overload. I’m hosting events, finishing certifications, showing up for my kids, and trying to remember to breathe in between.

Here’s what’s helping me:
✨ Saying no to things that don’t light me up (even if they seem like ‘good opportunities’)
✨ Using my tuning forks and self-reiki at home for quick resets
✨ Reminding myself that rest isn’t lazy - it’s necessary
✨ Letting go of the idea that December has to be magical 24/7
✨and reminding myself that the magic will be there even if don’t have every single ‘perfect’ detail… it’s not about making it all look perfect, it’s about the joy we feel together

You don’t have to do it all. You don’t have to be ‘on’ all the time. You’re allowed to rest, to say no, to choose peace over perfection.

It’s okay to feel it all. The overwhelm, the anxiety, the pressure, the guilt. But you don’t have to live in it. I started this journey for me. To find ways to deal with the overwhelm of the mental load of motherhood, the physical demand, and the guilt of ‘I dreamed of this and now it feels so hard.’ And the results are what made me want to share this all with the world. I’ve learned to remind myself to breathe, I’ve learned how to reset my energy, I’ve learned things that help me feel more balanced. I definitely don’t remember to do them all the time, but every single day I do the things that feel manageable. And I have found so much benefit from these modalities.

Make no mistake, I don’t considered myself “healed”. There’s always more work to be done. I don’t think ‘healers’ ever are healed. We’re just sharing what works for us and hoping it helps you too. Sharing our light to make sure you don’t dim yours.

But don’t get hooked into social media’s false narratives - no one’s life is perfect. We just need to find ways to support ourselves and create space for peace, love, and joy. I’m here to walk alongside you if you need me. 💫

Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique where the practitioner acts as a conduit for life force energy to support healing mind, body, and spirit. But trying something new can be a little nerve wracking - so we are breaking down what it can feel like.

The truth? It’s a very personal and individual experience. There’s no one-size-fits-all description. But these are some of the things you may experience during a reiki session…

It may feel like / or you may experience
✨ energy moving in the body - feeling somewhat like a flow, like release, like heaviness dissipating

✨ deep relaxation - you may just feel deeply rested and restored during or after the session

✨ nothing at all - and it’s totally ok if that is what you experienced! Reiki is going do what is right for you, and you don’t need to ‘feel’ it to receive it

✨lightness - like a physical, emotional, or mental weight was lifted

✨emotional release - you may cry or laugh, releasing emotions that are stored in the body

✨clarity - you may feel a sense of mental clarity or feel clarity around something that has been weighing on you

✨ visual experiences - some people see colors, shapes, images, memories, loved ones; I typically share that you will experience what you are open and ready to experience

✨ tingling / heat / cold - as energy moves and is released you may feel different sensations in the body

I personally feel heat as I conduct a reiki session, but when I do self-reiki, I feel a heaviness and then a release like a weight is being lifted off of the area I am working on.

Cancellation Policies

Individual Session Cancellation Policy:

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for remote sessions, 48 hours in advance for in person sessions.

Event Cancellation Policy:

At Create Grow Flow, we strive to provide a peaceful and restorative experience for all of our guests. To ensure a smooth process for all, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our workshops and events:

Cancellations made more than three days prior to the event: Full refund.
Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: See individual event cancellation policies.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
